Tidal Wave Auto Spa | Car Wash

I have been a tidal wave member for 2 vehicles for well over a year. I have taken my truck to several tidal waves with no issues. When I visited Washington I was told my dog kennel which is secured to the truck 5 times must be bolted down to go through the wash. I have washed the truck the way it is somewhere close to 100 times at other tidal waves and nobody has ever mentioned this. Also, since I pulled up to the scanner it read my tag as if I wash washing the vehicle and Nick refused to delete the wash so I could take it to a better tidal wave. Poor customer service

This was my first experience at a Tidal Wave. The people there go above and beyond to explain everything and do a pretty good job of cleaning problem areas before you even get to the washer. My car was shined up like a new penny. I had one spot of bird poop near my headlight, but that's life. I was impressed by how easy it was and how well it cleaned! My tires hadn't shined like that since they were new on the car lot! Very positive experience! I even got my Mom to get a wash on her older car, and she was impressed!

I I've always had to do a little extra work with streaks and so forth. Yesterday getting my snow washed at the drying area I discovered none of the dirt on the rails have been taken off. Went back around and talk to attendant and was informed that the wash is not designed 40 medium size 2500 and F-250 style trucks and that's why the dirt was not removed. Wow so this company have been taking our money for a system that's not designed to clean our trucks. Problem! The young man did offer to redo my truck however I did not have the additional time to waste.

Love this place so much!!! Staff is always super nice and very thorough with cleaning your car! The team lead who washed my car today was so nice!

My experience with Tidal Wave out of Washington, North Carolina has been exceptional!! Matt went over and beyond to take care of my needs. I would recommend this car wash to anyone who want a great car wash and great service!
