Doesn't accept responsibility for damage it does to your vehicle. Their response is proof of that. They said they pulled our antenna out of their car wash and we can come pick it up. Broken in the carwash and they still will not admit fault.

This place is amazing!! Super special thanks to Paul, Cooper, and Bryan for helping jumpstart my car when my car battery died. They had amazing vacuums, compressed air, and covered areas for cleaning your car. They even pre-clean your car before the wash. Definitely going to be a repeat customer.

Just back from Maryland & car was covered in road salt residue. Crew spent a few extra moments of prep to ensure car was properly cleaned. Super happy with the results. Well done. Please consider building a car wash somewhere along Castle Hayne Road.

unlike some other car washes nearby.. these guys have lots of soap! Definitely coming back here!

This is my absolute go to carwash. I have the unlimited $30 package. Trust me when I tell you Im getting my monies worth. I only work down the street and will come multiple times during the week on my lunch break. The staff is always AMAZING and very helpful.!.!.!. Keep up the good work and amazing smiles.
