Tidal Wave Hand Car Wash

I've been here about 4 times now. Seams like everytime its gets worse. What you see in the photos happens everytime. Sometimes the inside is clean, sometimes not. I always get the super wash. Looking for a new place to start going to.

I got the super wash, dash conditioner and leather seat conditioner Horrible, didn't wipe the door panels down, didn't wipe and clean the dash cluster, steering wheel still has dust on it. Looks like they don't use clean rags when cleaning the interior, streaks and wipe marks all over the interior 0 stars if I can Better off going to auto car wash

Cashier was pleasant but the guys washing definitely don’t take pride in there work. Wash was less then par and I feel like I have more water spots now then when I came in. Better off going to 115th and Cicero for a good hand carwash.

I paid for the highest level hand car wash, the “super wash” plus I gave a tip beforehand. I was extremely disappointed with what I got, they didn’t even touch my rims. I get the fact that they are busy but that shouldn’t effect the quality work. I had to go back in the long line a second time and I didn’t have to much time on my hands. After a second run through, I got the wash I expected to get for my first run through but I still had to point out the interior spots they missed in the pictures posted. Word of advice, do a walk around/through before leaving.

They don’t do a good job. They rush to get the cars out and miss a lot of spots. This review was put after 5 visits with the same results.
