Needed a troubleshoot on a headlight. I was give any lecture on the aftermarket headlight I got was very low quality and the tech couldn't get it to work. Took it back home and cleaned the connections with electrical cleaner spray and the headlight turned on. Waste of time and money.

My work van needed a lot of work and they did it. The service was good and the van is running great. Will be returning

Oh my, I had the best experience with this wonderful company! They fixed my back up reverse problem perfectly and inexpensively, and they were so incredibly nice! Bonnie was so nice and professional. She was concise in explaining the problem and what needed to be done to fix. I was in and out in less than a week and I will always use Tidewater Auto in the future. Bonnie and Jeremy are great. I am going to have my radio replaced with Jeremy. I highly recommend this place for your car needs!

Needed to get my stereo replaced and Tom got in done quickly and correctly. When he noticed he noticed a button was missing he immediately rectified the issue. Additionally, he assisted me with the setup and integration of the new system.

The customer service was awful the receptionists was so rude, Condescending and unhelpful and just not understanding of the situation and quick to cut me off and hang up i called the tidewater in Chesapeake and their customer service was so much better and honestly amazing I would highly recommend working with them instead he was so helpful so supportive and made sure he could get me in as soon as possible and wonderfully instructed me on how to properly drop off the vehicle what the prices would be and what would be done to the car I was fully informed on what would be done what is happening the time it would take and pricing the hang up was nice and quite reassuring and comforting i would highly recommend going there instead if you want a non stressful or just better experience in genera
