Truck fell in a ditch. Called these guys and explained them the situation. Informed them that the troopers can come any minutes and if they can arrive before the troopers call their own guys which would’ve been a hefty fee. These guys came within 10 mins of me calling maybe even faster tbh. Best service I have received so far from a towing company, if you are ever in need of service kindly give them a call. Thank you guys.

I called a day in advance to schedule for buying a vehicle that wasn’t currently running AND low to the ground and we had Micah help us out. He was very patient with us being from out of town and meeting at the location (he even got there before us!), and he was all around very friendly. He made me think he was excited to be the lucky one to tow the old NA Miata lol

Service was scheduled and very quick. Only had a state inspection on my RV but couldn't have been better. Thanks to Delores for getting me in quickly and the mechanic who were both very kind.

My truck completely broke down at 64 west. Called them to tow it since it won’t start. they kept the truck at their yard for three days. I had to pay for hotels since they won’t let me stay in it. Then they call me to tell me it was just a burnt fuse and it’s ok to pick up. Come to find out they charged me 1409$ to change a fuse and when I told them this is absurd their response was “they worked on it for a long time”. Truck broke down again 67 miles down west. Only person that actually helped me was one of their service guys. Thank you so much Steve. Long story short their shop mechanics are terrible and what’s even worst is the way they took advantage of the situation.

I picked my car up today from the body shop due to a run in with a deer. I stopped to get gas & my battery was dead. One of your drivers was taking a break in the parking lot. I hobbled over to his truck to ask for help. He was so kind and said he would be right over. The gentleman boosted my car & then proceeded to make sure it was the battery & not the alternator. I was ever so grateful for his kindness & professionalism. I highly recommend this company for your needs. I will certainly call them up if I find myself in need again. I didn't get the drivers name but he just happened to be on J Clyde Blvd around 10am today. Please express my sincere appreciation to him.
