I highly recommend getting your car done here! They gave an honest price and got the job done so fast I barely had time to get settled in their lovely and quiet waiting room area. Rob, Mihai, Stephanie and the whole team are so hard working and trustworthy, I'm happy to give them 5 stars!

First time here and from the very beginning, I got really great vibes! I was referred by a friend of mine who recommended this mechanic due to their trustworthiness, fairness, and great service. They definitely lived up to that standard. Mihai was fantastic, down to earth, matter of fact, calm, and incredibly easy to work with. Great place! I'll be coming here from now on!

Very pleased with my service from Tidewater Imports! They were very transparent throughout the entire process and stuck to the quoted price (which was reasonable and fair). Had the timing chain replaced on a 2014 Honda CRV. Runs like brand new. Will definitely be bringing both of my Hondas to them for any future service!

The work was done in a timely fashion and all diagnostics were done so I know what I need next. This company does not spring huge costs on you. The employees are knowledgeable, professional, and educational. I love the fact that service is done by appointment only, and they have a conveniently comfortable waiting room. I will definitely service my car with them again in the near future.
