Very nice people i go here for my work van because I work in Longview like them so much on my day off, I live 80 miles away, I drove my truck there to have some work done. Keep up the good work, it shows good customer service will carry a business threw bad and good economy's. Build it and take care of your customers and they will come and take care of you!

Trip and his team have been taking care of my vehicles for over 25 years! He is the best! Awesome customer service, excellent pricing, and better yet they tell you the truth and repair the problem correctly the first time! I trust him and Highly recommend Tidewell Tire! I’ve taken my vehicle here for many many years and the past 3 times I’ve been they have scratched my rims up. I went this morning to drop my car off to get service and when I went back and pick up my vehicle my rim is scratched up once again. I asked when I dropped my car off to make sure nothing happens to my rims. I got back to pick my car up and there is scratches and the owner himself told me he would fix it and I wasn’t allowed to bring my vehicle back. I know I am not the only vehicle with black rims that goes here. I do not recommend this place and will not be back.

My husband and I took the Denali to Tidwell Tire Center, for an oil change. Tidwell Tire Center is very clean and well-maintained. It's chilly inside due to excellent air conditioning, on this rainy August afternoon. The restrooms are clean and stocked. The large, free parking lot is clean and well-maintained. Recommended!

Fixed a screw that was in my tire. Did it super fast and didn't charge! Wouldn't let me pay even when I tried.
