Tier One Transmissions

If I could give the whole crew ten stars I would not hesitate. They where able to identify an issue with my Aisin transmission was having when the dealer could not pin it down. They were very thorough in the explanation of what was going on, recommended a repair (not a new transmission) and gave an excellent price for the work. I was under serious time restraints and could not have the truck down for any length of time. They completely understood and got the work done very quickly and efficiently. I arrived at their shop early and had to wait for a short period of time. Their tech took the truck on a test run and when he got back I noticed he walked around the front of the truck and wiped off part of the hood area. My 2019 Cummins 2500 experienced a hydraulic pressure code didn’t want to chance it so I hauled it up to tier one Brandon and Logan definitely knew what they were talking about. I told them what I use it for and they recommended the Flat sanded high-Pressure billet valve body, and it did not disappoint. I’ve hauled close to 20,000 pounds a couple of different times in the truck and it did amazing I don’t trust any other transmission shop in the valley. These guys know their shit 💯

I brought my Dodge Cummins Pickup to these guys because I purchased the tow rated heavy duty transmission from them and the break in period was complete. So they were servicing and inspecting the transmission. All was good. I can say that I'm very pleased with the choice we made in transmission build by Tier One Transmission. Brought my 2016 cummins in and had the head replaced as well as exhaust manifold, I also opted for a new high pressure valve body, bi pass and deep pan. I worked with Brandon Wood. Communication was excellent and I had my truck back in under a week and it drives better than ever. This is not my first time using tier one. Ive always had great experiences with them!

Man, I can’t say many more amazing things about tier one. I’ve had them doing my transmission for upwards of 7 years and when I say these guys know what they are doing. I mean it. It’s hard to find people in today’s world who truly try and be an industry leader and know what it takes to get there. But Matt the owner has so much amazing knowledge about transmissions and being someone who also pushes the absolute limit of these transmissions. I know that tier one is the only company I will take my transmissions to.
