I have been bringing my truck here for service and then had a wonderful experience with the sales team who was interested in purchasing my truck (blue). We worked with Justin Best who was so welcoming, funny, knowledgeable, and reasonable. When you go to a dealer, you want exceptional service. I know we got that with Justin. What I appreciated most was Justin and team’s honesty. These folks truly care for their customers and helped us walk away with a truck (gray) that is 2 years newer, with all of the bells and whistles our old truck lacked, for a deal we couldn’t pass up. Really glad to have such a nice team of people locally to support all of our Ford truck needs!

Great dealership & just down to earth good people We were on vacation in Gatlinburg TN for the week when we found the perfect car 100 plus miles away in Wahalla SC, so we called and ask them to hold the car. We made the 3 hour scenic drive and test drove the car. It scraped going over some bumps so we ask to put it on a lift in the shop, in a blink we were all under the car, found a loose belly pan piece of plastic that was the issue, they fixed it... problem solved. They were fair with our trade that had 163k miles on it. Now for the people part of it...we thought there was no way they would get us close to our payment target...and while the dealership is now closed I mind you...the GM & our sales guys Cory & Sam went to work and we told them just bring us the best numbers...no jacking

I could never seem to find the truck I wanted. I searched everywhere and never could seem to find the one I could actually picture myself in. I stopped by Tigers Ford just to look around not knowing I was going to end up leaving with a sweet 2020 Chevrolet 1500 z71 4x4! Great buying experience and Transparency with Tigers Ford! We found a unique vehicle at a good price online through Edmunds. The listing linked to Tigers Ford website as their “Best Foot Forward” internet price clearly stated and any offered discounts etc. We called Tigers and Kevin sent us pictures of a couple details on the vehicle we wanted to see. Liking what we saw, we made the 2 hour drive from Columbia. The vehicle was ready, clean and we took it for a no strings test drive with Justin.
