Tikal Used and New Tires

They are amazing and highly recommend! I am in town visiting family and my brother in law recommended this place and they got me in the day before Christmas Eve, pulled up as they were about to close down for the holidays, They saved my trip and my tire! They know what they’re doing and they communicate it to the customer well! I felt taken care of here!!!

Excellent service! I brought my own new tires(4) to Tikal Tires for installation. The wait was short and the cost very reasonable. I've been to Tikal Tires several times before with other cars and I am always pleased with the service and professionalism of this local Jupiter small business.

I called today inquiring about 2 tires; however, the woman answering the phone seemed disinterested in assisting. She asked the size of the tire and I asked if she could look it up based on my vehicle model and year to confirm and she said no. Then I told her what I found and she just said they don’t have them new. I repeated what she said and there was no further assistance or support in showing they wanted to help potential new customers with other ordering new tires or trying the used tires . Worst customer service experience I’ve had in a long time.

I was referred to Tikal from another tire shop. My tire was punctured and needed to be replaced. Tikal was able to take the tire, remove it from the rim and replace it with a new tire quickly. They showed me the puncture and the damage to the original tire (likely something sharp on the interstate). The people were very friendly and the price was great. I highly recommend Takal for your tire needs!
