I really enjoyed the service and experience. The facility is very clean and the staff is friendly and approachable. Service was quick and complete. The only reason I gave 4 stars and not 5 is because of the way the final bill came out. I had a promotion off their website for a oil change package for $79.99. the final bill was $99. To me that is a pretty large difference. I do drive a truck, and required an additional single (1) quart of oil, but I feel like that shouldn't have been change the bill that drastically. My recommendation would be a bit more transparency in the cost upfront.

Efficient, friendly, well-priced, and thorough. This has been my mechanic for years, and I always walk out feeling better than when I came in. My entire family now takes their cars here and we’ve never had a complaint. I truly cannot recommend them enough.

Dealership put wrong size tires on my car and they got torn up. I needed new struts. Tilly Mill Goodyear got me my correct size, balanced and aligned. Leaving me back on the road to safe driving experience. If something goes wrong they will look at your car and fix it. No unsatisfied customers. I went in today around 1 pm because I caught a nail in my tire. I let the concierge know that I needed a patch and that I was also experiencing some trembling at speeds above 80 mph which was new and needed to be investigated. I also explained this started before I picked up the nail and that I might need a tire rotation, balance or something else to address the trembling. At around 4pm they called to tell me my car was ready. I asked them how much it would be and if the trembling was fixed. They said $50 and that the trembling was fixed. When I arrived a few minutes later, they explained that all they did was patch the tire. They did not investigate or address the trembling. The mechanic explained that he thought the trembling was due to the nail in the tire and that if I “had time” I s

I was lied to by John. He sold me $1300 Goodyears and said I get a free tire rotation and a discount on an oil change. I told him I didn't need an oil change because I drive an electric car. I asked him if I can still get the free tire rotation? He said yes. When I go in for my free tire rotation he says he can't do it because I don't need an oil change. I reminded him that we spoke about that and that I bought these tires from him with the promise of free tire rotations. He said he can't do it because his guys need to get paid. I want this resolved.
