Timberline Towing and Recovery

Huge thanks to Damien with Timberline Towing. When our truck’s transmission went out, it was a pretty discouraging moment, especially on a cold winter day. Damien was prompt, incredibly helpful, and genuinely kind, and he managed to make a rough situation feel a lot more manageable. We truly appreciated his professionalism and positive attitude. Highly recommend.

I work out of town in Wenatchee and I live in Ritzville I own a VW Passat and the key ignition broke. My driver was awesome super polite, super professional very knowledgeable kept me informed put the vehicle where I needed it to be because I was at work made me Feel confident that things were done properly. I would 1000% recommend these guys.

I'd like to take this opportunity to thank Joe. I am a travel nurse from Virginia that happened to be out exploring in the Wenatchee area. I had bought some apples from a local market and somehow when stowing them away I locked myself out of the car after I shut the passenger door. After calling the rental car company, I awaited for the dispatch. Joe was on the spot within 10-15 minutes. He was absolutely cordial, professional, and kind. Trystan called us to let us know he was on the way, and once he got our truck to the mechanic he texted to let us know it made it there safely. I have had a car hiding where a water leak was coming from and have had to be towed almost 100 miles twice in the past six months. I can’t say enough good about this company. First driver was Justin and today was Tristan (hopefully spelled correctly) both were amazing, professional and friendly. Justin had the greatest helper ever and today Tristan had me in his cab for all of those miles. I am old enough to almost be his grandmother but we chatted the whole way. You don’t find too many people these days that are just plain good like both of these young men. Both went above and beyond anything that was paid for. I absolutely recommend this company. I’m batting 1000 after using them twice and getting different drivers that were both amazing. Must run throughout the whole company. Thanks to
