I recently had my car repaired at Tim's Auto Body Shop after being side-swiped in New York, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the entire experience. From start to finish, the team was respectful, knowledgeable, and incredibly communicative. They kept me updated throughout the repair process, answered all of my questions with patience, and made sure I understood what was being done every step of the way. The quality of the work was excellent—my car looks as good as new! It's clear that they take pride in what they do and truly care about their customers. Small body repair was done to the rear of the car after rear end colision. Not a perfect job but relatively good. Whole process could be a little shorter but I understand it is a harvest season due to winter condition on the roads. Great overall when guilty party's insurance pay for it.

If you EVER need to use a body shop, Tim's Auto Body stands head and shoulders above them ALL. Will, and the entire crew have the greatest in customer service, are helpful EVERY step of the way and NEVER stop "mid" stream. Ive been in the retail trade all my life and Will and the crew are the real deal. The best!

Communication and customer service is incredible! They call and, better yet, they also text, so you can ask questions whenever and they get back to you during business hours. They have an app that tells you where in the service process they are, and has an explanation of cost. They worked directly with the insurance, so that made a world of difference. They even vacuumed my car for me before I picked it up. Best experience with an auto body shop I've ever had. Oh, cute shop dog too! 🐾 The only issue I had was a 4% credit/debit card fee, so they recommend cash or cashier's check. This is not an issue with the shop! I just had to work around ATM withdrawal limits to meet the amount so I didn't have to pay the fee. I only mention this for other people who might have a non-local bank/credit u
