After finding myself with a coolant leak in my truck that I had neither the time, nor tools to fix myself, I called Tim's to see if they could get me in ASAP. They got me in just a couple days later. I got a call with a quote before they started any work, and the truck was fixed in just over a day, for the price they quoted. Which was actually lower than I was expecting. Although I did have a bit of a complaint about how a couple things turned out, when I reached out to the shop, the owner, Tim, personally responded, and made things right. If there's ever another situation where I can't handle the work myself, I will definitely be going back.

This is hands down, one of the best auto shops in the state of Connecticut. I had such a pleasant experience here, the staff was so nice and didnt try to oversell anything to me, and the prices are superb! I hope this place is around for the next 100!!!!

I cannot say enough good things about this place and Tim the owner. I had my car in the shop and had a job interview locally, and they picked me up and brought me there, and then picked me up, and took me home when I was done, since my car wasn't ready. They also gave me a great price and did am amazing job on the steering rack. The car drives so much better now!! I'll send everyone in the area there from now on who needs a mechanic.

Best service over there! These kind folk go above and beyond. Some time after having work done, I did some myself. A simple oil change and some days later the check oil light came on. I thought I screwed something up. Called over trying to get an apt to be seen. When I explained why, I was told what the issue was, and instead of having me come in and charge me. He guided me through the process of resetting the systems "time to change the oil" internal clock. They are friendly, took time to help even when it didn't make them a penny... Rare to find that these days. They have been very trust worthy, explained what needed work right now, what could wait, and felt like they where trying to help save money, and that was even before explaining I'm on SOC SEC with an extremely tight budget.
