My insurance company upon taking my claim had contacted the tow company due to my car being inoperable from hitting a deer… Kristian upon receiving and taking the call was very professional and friendly and provided exceptional customer service right from the beginning to the end of service as did his coworkers and boss…. They were helpful and flexible in assisting me to obtain the proper ticket set up for the tow service ticket via the insurance company…. These guy’s are awesome, I work on base and my truck broke down. My road side assistant couldn’t find anyone to take the tow until they got Tim’s Mannagift on the line! They got on base with no issues and went out of their way to make sure my truck was dropped off at my mechanic shop. Kristian was great with communication! He even texted me a picture of my truck safe and sound at the desired drop off location!

Kristian really pulled through for me today! I just got back from a month-long work trip to find that my car battery had died (not surprisingly). However, my key fob is keyless and would not unlock my car with the dead battery, so I was completely locked out. Kristian was very communicative and helpful. He arrived in a timely manner, and helped jumpstart my car as well.

This company really came through for me on Christmas Day. Kristian showed up in a timely manner and was so helpful in making sure me, my kiddo, and dog were taken care of. He dropped us off at our hotel, recommended a repair shop, went as far as calling & getting a quote & ETA of repair, then preceded to drop of my car off at the shop so we could get back on the road to South Texas ASAP.
