Tim called me back right away after we discovered one of the slides was not working on our fifth wheel. He fit me in and fixed the issue within 45 minutes. He was very courteous and efficient and got our issue fixed. I highly recommend him!

We called Tim with a slide out problem. He walked us through what he thought the problem was and tried to help us figure it out. When setting up an appointment for him to come out he was very accommodating and got to us in just a couple days. He is very knowledgeable and knows exactly what he is talking about. One of the nicer things about Tim is that when you call he actually answers the phone and you talk to a real person and not an answering machine. I would definitely recommend Tim and his company. Money well spent by calling Tims Rv. We will definitely use his services again. Tims Rv pricing is very fair.

I called Tim 7:45am on a holiday weekend hot Sunday morning. I was prepared to drive to him for convenience. He answered and helped me walked through my air-conditioned problem. I got it running. While traveling over Labor Day weekend, our Class C RV’s air conditioner stopped working. We were at a campground in Jamestown, PA, and Tim arranged his busy schedule to come and help us. It was an hour drive each way for him but he knew how hot it was and wanted to help if he could. And help he did! In just an hour he had us up and running and cool once again.
