Tim's Service Center

Since writing this review 2 managers have reached out and have remedied the situation. A new rim was purchased and a check was written to compensate me for time spent driving to get the vehicle fixed. I met with Tim, the owner and he voiced his sincere apology for the problems. I will say they did the right thing in this situation but more work needs to be done with the lacking people skills with some service advisors and incompetency of the techs. disappointed with the service department. We purchased a 2017 Silverado 3500hd about a year or so ago from Tim’s and are very happy with the vehicle itself. Fair price, excellent condition and no stress with the purchase. My experience with the service center was nothing but exceptional. Amber is amazing and offered me a loaner while my truck was being serviced as it was going to ne a 4 hour job. They kept me updated and stayed in communication with. They are absolutely amazing.

Tim's Service Center my truck hade many problems with it and they did a fantastic job in all my repairs that need to be taken care of. Just wanted to thank them for all their time they spent getting all the problems resolved.

Ac pump failed, was replaced under warranty. Still have a problem stalling. Next appointment is on the 18th.

They changed my timing belt water pump and serpentine belt and did a good job
