If we could rate a ZERO we would! Brought in 4 new tires only for mount and balance, disposing of the old tires ourselves. Walked out with a $335.62 bill! They broke off a wheel stud, charged us without asking $120.00 in labor, $15.00 for parts, overcharged for valve stem replacements. We used them in the past, but this bill is ridiculous! We will not be back again.

My husband and I have been going here for years. They always do a wonderful job. A few weeks ago I brought my tahoe in knowing it needed a new transmission. They got me a good quality rebuilt one with a warranty on it. She drives amazing now and I am so thankful they were able to do such a good job in a short amount of time.

After having driven from California to Wisconsin, my car was due for an oil change. We found Tim’s South Side Auto, called to make an appointment and they told us to come on in. On Monday, April 29, 2024, my front passenger side wheel bearing was winding very loudly. I called other repair services I have used in the past, and they were booked up for weeks.
