Tip-Top-Towing

I got assisted by Mark this morning, i must say he is one eccentric gentleman, but super cool, helped me out a great deal. He is like an oncall mechanic advisor in tandem with tow service. Hope this review gets him some Kudos.

My Indian Motorcycle has a flexible sidecar attached, and Jeremy J. Was punctual, polite and cared about doing the job right, he was confident about his work and did a clean, professional job. My bikes trigger plate failed, and Progressive came through with their roadside assistance. I hate paying for insurance, but the service they provided came at no charge to me. Otherwise I would rate their price, but Jeremy shook my hand and said "have a great night" it truly means alot that I was in good care from the moment I parked it and opened the insurance app. And if its worth noting, A.I. had no hand in writing this review. Thanks Tip Top, Progressive, and Jeremy.

We were on a day trip and on our way home when we broke down about 30 miles from home. Justin was our tow driver, he was friendly and did a great job taking care of our vehicle and even helped push it back in our garage at home. Highly recommended.

The driver was extremely friendly, professional, and efficient! Arrived quicker than the ETA given. I wish I remembered his name, but he deserves a raise! Awesome service and professional phone call from the service center!
