I brought my 2014 Honda Civic to Tire and Wheel Center to get a wheel alignment and a tie rod kit installed, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the moment I arrived the staff was extremely helpful, friendly, and patient. What really impressed me is that for the last five years, I’ve been going from shop to shop trying to get my alignment done correctly and nobody could ever get it right These guys took their time, explained everything clearly, and made sure the job was done the right way. I arrived at the auto center at 8am, before opening, requesting expedited installation of my coilovers. The staff assured me it would be ready by 11:00 a.m, so I left my vehicle and took an Uber home, confident in their timeline. Three full days later, the work was finally complete. This unexplained delay raised serious concerns about their reliability. I even offered additional payment to prioritize the job, but it was met with no urgency or follow-up. The poor communication and disregard for my time made this an unacceptable experience. Seek better options elsewhere.

Talked about getting my truck lifted for months, when the time finally came they made it happen and surpassed my expectations. Amazing price on the new set of tires and wheels as well. Overall great experience.
