Scheduled an evening drop off thinking it would probably be ready the next day. Dropped off at 5pm, Rob told me it would be done that evening. Had tires on and finished at 615pm. Excellent service. Friendly, honest, timely. Will definitely do business here again, no question about it. Highly recommend.

This is an outstanding place to get tires and have an incredible experience where you are treated like family. This time around I was just switching my tires air to nitrogen to help have more stable tire pressure in the ups and downs in temps we have around here in TN. However, in the past I have had tires from them and they never disappoint or let you down. I love this business and so thankful they are here locally to me. Do not hesitate to get tires, alignment, or even the simple stuff like air to nitrogen here.....thank you for being awesome!!

Very friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough with a desire to treat their customers well, even after the sale. My last purchase from them prior to this visit was years ago and they still treated me as a valued customer. They treat people the way that you Wish that other businesses would.

Be aware, price is not the final price on website like other stores, and they don't tell you. Mine ended up being $100 more. If they had just told me up front, I would have picked other tires. I made appt for Monday. They called me Monday and said they had to order tires. Okay so I made appt for today at 3:30. I called early that day to see if I could come sooner. He said he would call me at 1:30. He didn't. I called at 2. Long story short I ended up waiting even longer. Took 2 1/2 hours. Terrible customer service. It used to be great.

Got a flat on my way home from work. My car has a broken sway bar (i have an appointment set to get it fixed), so I figured some places wouldnt service my car. I called ahead from the side of the road and explained my situation. Was told they have the tire size and that the sway bar wouldn't be an issue. I obviously would not have paid to tow my car there if I was unsure if they would service, hence why I called. When we got there the guy at the front desk looked at my car and AGAIN confirmed it would be fine. Was told I had to leave my car over night and they would get to it "first thing in the morning." I called three times the next day and my car didn't start getting worked on until after noon. Finally called around 1 and was told they wouldn't service it because of the sway bar even af
