They’re very honest here. My car was acting like it was having caliper issues, grinding, vibrating pedal, pulling to one side, sluggishness and lurching. I was almost certain that was the issue. I scheduled an inspection and they were completely honest with me. Said nothing was wrong with it and that it was probably just a rock or some debris that had gotten stuck and that on the test drive they couldn’t replicate the issue. I’ve driven it since and have had no issues with my brakes. They let me know the condition of my back brakes and rotors and a timeframe of when I’ll need to get them replaced along with a rough estimate for the price. On Friday January 2nd 2026 this location came through and put tires on my SUV that I purchased from Walmart earlier that same day. Walmart wouldn't put the tires on because they had a tread difference of like 1 mm. John the manager was awesome. They also checked my check engine lights letting me know what the codes were

Scott and the team have really been wonderful for us on so many occasions. I never feel taken advantage of or "ripped off". I feel like they treat people how they want to be treated. They are always friendly, helpful, real, and offer multiple options.

First and foremost friendly, they got me together with my tires made sure the were all around right. I got two tires the guy suggested not just putting them on the drivers side which those were the ones that were messed up, he changed the front right to the back and my front end got the new tires. Definitely will be back next month for the new back ones. Got done quick customers service was great. I was definitely skeptical at first now I recommend but I can only speak on tire service..
