Very pleased with service and friendliness of staff. They went out of their way to get what I needed and at a reasonable cost. Would definitely come back, and recommend to friends and family.

Before getting two new tires, I found tires needed and scheduled an appointment to get tires put on. The center called and could not do the service until 11am which did not work with our schedule but easily found us a time that would work. On arriving at the later time, the front desk manager informed us that they did not have that tire in stock which happened to be a buy one get one tire. They did not mention this during the first or second scheduling calls. This resulted in us spending more than expected. Front desk manager appeared annoyed by questions about price and not having tires in stock. He also talked negatively about another customer which he said was being rude on the phone and was a police officer. Service was quick due to them not having any other customers. I will look some

The new management was very helpful did not try to upsell. Gave suggestions for future precautions and or repairs. They are trying to build back with the community. I would definitely come back. Nice mechanics not afraid to have a conversation with there customers.we got a tire repaired for Honda CR-V very nice price. The new manager Ron and his crew are amazing. Update: Got 4 new tires for the 04 Chevy tracker amazing price does not break the bank! Update: Still a great place for car repairs. Just took it in for brakes found out it was more than brakes and they nearly cut my totally price in half. Still great customer service. Would recommend out of all the shops in canton, ohio!!!!

I will NEVER GO HERE AGAIN! It is only my humble recommendation! If you are a woman, young; not so young, elder...the maltreatment served-up by management (not mentioning any names) who willfully excels in projecting a pompous and arrogant attitude towards smart, intelligent and knowing women in his own arena of vehicles--is maddening. I need to file legal papers against him and his crew. He tokd me with a smirk on his face that hus companies employs hundreds of attorneys and I would never win against him with my non-corporate attorney. Smug. Arrogant. Unprofessional. Not willing to right the wrongs he helped create. I will NEVER GO TO THIS STORE, THIS COMPANY EVER AGAIN! In my humble opinion...don't waste your time. ..don't go here if you live a life of respectfulness. It is sorely
