Great experience. Alyssa at the front desk is a literal angel patiently helping me pick out the best tires for my current needs and budget. Buying 4 new tires is never fun. But this location made it as pleasant a process as it could be. 10/10 recommend!

Alyssa and the Tires Choice Service team were incredible from the very first phone call. Our experience with this store was a 10/10 for customer service, quality work, and service. Alyssa goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome, provide the best customer service, and follow up. She was amazing! We will definitely continue to support this store and recommend them to other friends/family in need of tires/service.

I called and made an appointment to buy 2 new tires, have my brake pads checked and have 3 wheel studs replaced. They told me they would be able to handle all 3 of my requests with no problem. Once at the shop, the tech worked on my tires and came and told me that my brake pads were fine. A while later, the lady behind the counter called me up and said that the tech was too inexperienced and uncomfortable and would not be replacing my wheel studs. This information could have been given to me upon arrival or when I scheduled the visit. Also, they charged me almost $700 for 2 tires. 1 out of 10 - will not return to this business.

I've been going there since 1998. Whether it was the previous company or Tire Choice, they've always have had great service. I went in this time for tires, a rotation and balance, and a tune-up. I was there for several hours (not complaining) but I was told the my truck would still be pulling to the right. I was a little confused about that comment and of course, my truck is pulling to the right. I placed my trust in them since I've been a seriously long time customer. I know that there's a warranty so I will be going back to correct the issue. I can remember in the past having alignments and tires balanced, and normally, I could let go of the steering wheel when driving and my vehicle would not pull in one was or the other. I left there after paying 1800.00 and am clearly not satisfied.

These guys are terrific! Rolled into their shop after two other tire places could not figure out why I was losing air. They were the only ones to take it off the car and inspect both the tire and the rim, which they found a crack. They did a temporary fix with some sort of gunk to stem the air loss and it was good enough to get me back on the road. Nice guys as well!
