Tire Choice Auto Service Centers

I would just like to start out by mentioning how amazing the staff members are at tire choice! I had a flat tire just off of state street this evening. Miriam S, Just happened to be there and took my sister and I in to help us even when they were closed for the night. I would also like to mention, Tyler L, Came back to the shop even after hours, and took my car in the shop. The both of them where able to put my spare tire on for free of cost and after hours. :)

The guy running the place was super nice and The female that plugged my tire Did a great job! I have no complaints! I think it was like $16 to plug the tire plus another fee and some tax so it came out to like 21 bucks

Tire choice went above and beyond for our daughters. Our daughters got a flat tire on State St and were able to make it to Tire Choice, but they were already closed for the night. But it must of been their lucky night because a wonderful young woman named Miriam S was still there locking up for the evening. She seen our daughters stranded in their parking lot and stepped up to help them. Miriam called Tyler L a fellow work associate who had already left for the evening. Tyler came back to the shop and together Mirmiam and Tyler L helped our daughter. They were able to get the spare tire from under the car and get it put on the car. Our daughters made it home safe due to kind souls who choice to go above and beyond to help. We cannot thank you enough.

Took my truck in for new tires and an alignment. My wife and 3 year old had to pick it up for me because I worked late that day. She got the truck made it maybe a few hundred feet down the road. And the back passenger tire started to bang around and almost fall off the vehicle because the lugs were not tightened. She took it directly back and called me the technician began tightening them in the parking lot. I had her put me on speaker phone and informed him to take it back in. And ensure all wheels were flush on the hub and tightened all wheels to spec. He refused and started to argue the point as if he had one. And as if he didn’t just gamble my wife and kids life. I had to call the store and speak with the assistant manager. He without hesitation agreed with me. And took it back in the

The service advisor was friendly and helpful. The technicians were busy but friendly as well. Just be patient as they do get overbooked. So be kind. They are people as well. And have no control over appointments getting booked. Thank you again for the tire repair! I will definitely be back when I'm back in town!
