10/10 always. I bring my car there for everything - from routine oil changes to new tires to electrical problems. They always diagnose accurately, efficiently, and are very reasonable with costs. Great with communication - I can tell they really care about doing a good job and making sure the customer walks away satisfied. Jim is always the best. Just last week I was out of town and drove my car 2 hours to get to them because they are the only people I trust with my car for years now - and it was worth it. Cannot recommend enough.

The service is always as fast as possible! We were not expecting our truck back until the next day and they were able to fix it that day. Jim is always a kind and happy person... great to deal with!!! Thank you all for your hard work!!!

Super nice guys there and friendly honest service! The Tire Choice (now Monroe) in my neighborhood closed so I was trying to find a good shop to replace them, was disappointed in my neighborhood location after it got taken over by Monroe and felt like the new staff wasn't as good nor honest nor as nice as before the takeover, so I wasn't surprised when it closed. I tried a Firestone in my area but felt like they were way more expensive (my oil change at Firestone was double the normal cost) and tire rotation was supposed to be included in that but they didn't bother. They told me my battery was low and since I had gotten it at the now closed Tire Choice/ Monroe, and it was under warranty found this location at 3940 Hypoluxo and they took care of me. I was going home and decided to drive past and make an appointment. To my surprise they told me no appointment necessary we can take you right now which was great! I went a few doors down to make a purchase and visit a friend who works at the store in the same plaza. When I left to go back I saw my car out front already finished. Blaze, the manager on duty was great. Didn't try to sell me anything which I'm aware of my car's condition I knew there was nothing very honest. It asked him to check the engine air filter which I knew was clean and he told me it was and I didn't need one. Didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need tell me everything was in great condition. Honest. You have my business permanently.

Jim is very accommodating. His expertise on knowing what tire will operate best on my vehicle is important to me. Also the breaks have been replaced and it was the most professional work on a car that have ever come across. Not only did the tech replace the breaks he cleaned the calipers to perfection.
