Joe from the Portage Road store and Kyle Ammond from the Whipple store were amazing! It was late, I just found out I needed 4 new tires and I was leaving on a long trip in the morning. Joe was so helpful with finding the right tires and getting them to Kyle’s store since they were open later. I have not had such an outstanding customer service experience in a very long time. They could have easily said no but their professionalism and make it happen attitude has made them my tire company of choice. Joe, Kyle and the whole team at both Portage and Whipple got me on the road. It was a breath of fresh air- it was almost closing time but they did everything they could do so I could leave early the next morning. Five plus stars to them!! My brakes stopped working last week and my usual garage couldn't get me in, so I brought my car to these lovely people. They were able to look at my car immediately and had it back to me good as new by the next morning. Reasonable price and very friendly and helpful staff as well, so the whole process was much less stressful than it might otherwise have been. Will definitely keep them in mind next time I need tires or brake work.

Dealership quoted me almost triple the cost for general maintenance services, including a transmission flush, tire rotation, and oil change. They were upfront forward with pricing timing and completion. Communication was excellent throughout the process.

Came in with a complaint of a hissing noise coming from my back left tire. I walked in with no appointment and met Kyle inside. I told Kyle my issue, and he brought my car inside. The car was lifted and Kyle immediately saw the issue. I had two options, either patch the tire or replace. I chose patching with no guarantee that it would hold over time. Kyle did not charge me a dime! I offered to pay but he refused. He was very professional, kind and straight to the point! Ask for Kyle when you come to this shop! If I have another issue I will be returning!

I will definitely be coming here again! After the garage that i usually went to just decided to not open today and ignore all appointments I was directed here. The manager Kyle was very helpful and kind enough to squeeze me in for an oil change and brakes. If you are looking for a reputable garage come here.
