Overall good experience. I came in for what I thought was going to be a routine State inspection. I ended up with 4 new tires and a set of rear shocks that I needed but didn't know I needed until my vehicle was inspected. Thanks to Mike and his team for getting me back on the road safely.

I caught a flat tire and googled them. I was so glad they were open up on a Sunday. Good communication. Good service. Michelle helped me out and had me on my way. I would definitely be back

I reached out to this company to inquire about my brakes on 11/8/25. Michael gave me a quote, then warned me that the repairs couldn’t be done in one day. Before leaving the manager told me about the store credit card (90 days with no interest), which I applied and was approved immediately. Unfortunately, things went downhill after my initial exchange with the this business. For the sake of time, I will list all of my challenges with this company and leadership in bullets: 1. When I returned, the cost of my repairs was much higher than the original quote. The manager apologized for neglecting to call me to get approval for the cost increase. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Outstanding Customer Service at Tire Choice While traveling from Portsmouth, VA to St. Mary’s County, MD after visiting our son, we ran into SUV trouble. We exited at the first opportunity and stopped at a nearby garage, but they were too busy to assist us. Thankfully, their customer service representative recommended Tire Choice—and that turned out to be a blessing. From the moment we arrived, the representative at Tire Choice was incredibly helpful and reassuring. He said, “Yes, we can help,” and they absolutely delivered. Their team quickly diagnosed the issue, fixed our vehicle, and had us safely back on the road in a very reasonable amount of time. Michele took care of me at the Western branch Boulevard store and she did a fabulous job and was very professional and courteous and polite. I really appreciate Michele ‘s professionalism and expertise and answering my questions and she was a wonderful customer service representative of the company, she kept me apprised by telephone advising me of options that I had while the car was in for a flat tire change, and I appreciate her very much
