Had a great experience at this place the other day when I brought in my car for an oil change. The staff were friendly and very forgiving when I showed up a bit late to the appointment. The person who helped me was Joshua and he did a great job. Overall excellent service and I will definitely be a repeat customer.

Went here for a wheel alignment. I made an appointment over the phone for 10 AM but when I got there There was only one person working and they were waiting for “the mechanic” to show up. nearly 8 hours later I had to call them back to question if my vehicle was done. Their response was our Mechanic had to go do something and your vehicle might be done in 45 minutes.. 45 minutes later no call. when I finally decided to just show up my I still noticed something wrong when i drove away. I returned a couple of days later and explained what was still going on with my vehicle, even after an alignment. They claim that they do a test drive before and after they do alignment. They also claim to have raised the vehicle in the air. Come to find out my two back Tires are completely worn, ready to b

If I could give Steven and the crew 1 million stars, that still would not amount to the gratitude that I feel for them today. I came in…in a frenzy! Steven knew from the beginning that he would diffuse my situation and assist me! He was awesome! 👏🏽 he assisted me more than what he should have and for that I’m forever grateful! Kudos to him and the crew! You guys were awesome!! Give these people a raise! Have them an appreciation party! Whatever you’ve gotta do to keep them here, please do it!

Steven and his team worked excellently to make sure my car's alignment was right. They had it straight but something was still off. They went step by step checking all the parts I replaced, all had got little loose. Then even made sure the rest of the surrounding parts were secure. It all came together great in the end. The attention to details was appreciated. And Steven worked with me to get a price on tires so I could keep being satisfied here.

I was traveling from NC to Atlanta and I noticed my battery light came on. I stopped at a Walmart and then O'Reilly to find out that it was my alternator but that they felt I could make it to Atlanta still. They said I would need to deal with it within the month. Well needless to say I lost electricity by the time I was by the broad river exit and pulled off for it to die. It was 1pm on Sunday. I called around and no one would help until I called Tire Choice. They were sympathic and understanding. As long as I could get the car to them by 5pm they said they would stay to fix it. I got it their by 3pm and they stayed until it was done.
