Tire Choice Auto Service Centers

Pros: Really kind, genuinely caring staff. Very honest, open, transparent. Didn't take an overly long time inspecting my car which is important because I was in a hurry. Cons: Pricing. Pricing of services is easily 3x higher than competitors, which is sad because the staff was really friendly and welcoming. EXCEPT for TPMS sensors, I got mine changed here because they're half the price of mavis for a tire sensor. Outdated. Someone please come paint and redo the building. It honestly needs an overhaul. You can tell corporate hasn't put any effort into this store. The store deserves better, those guys are nice.

I very happy with Tire Choice. My husband and I have been customers for a few years. We have bought tires and I have even stopped on occasion to get my air checked in my tires. Everytime I get top notch customer service. I never got a hassle or a hard time. I just recently got 2 new tires and again they were very helpful, kind ,patient and friendly. Thanks tire choice👍🏼

I called Tire Choice to schedule an oil change. The gentleman I talked with asked me for year, make and model of my car, which I relayed to him. He told me it would be $49.99. I was pleased with the quote and made the appointment. When I arrived the gentleman behind the counter said it would be $85. I relayed to him the quote I was given over the phone and he said that the call center handles the calls and the quote I was given was for a petroleum based product but my vehicle's specifications called for all synthetic oil which has the higher price point. This struck me as the old "bait and switch" style advertising of the old days. I wasn't happy.

Had an issue with the alignment after it was serviced, but I came back and they realigned it and the problem was resolve. Great group of technicians on-site. I will definitely come back for future service!
