⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ “Above and beyond service at Tire Choice!” I came into Tire Choice needing help with a damaged mirror and ended up getting way more than I expected. Brandon, the manager, personally stepped in and took care of everything. He didn’t just brush it off — he actually took the time to look at it, figure out the issue, and get it fixed properly. What really stood out was how hands-on and helpful he was. You can tell he genuinely cares about customers and making sure things are done right. Because of Brandon, my issue was resolved quickly and stress-free. If you ever come to this Tire Choice, ask for Brandon — he’s the kind of manager every shop should have.

We called when our camper tire blew out, they got us in and back down the road. Nice people and good service. They thought we had a wheel bearing out, but we took it down the road and the wheels bearings were all fine. So nice of them to be concerned.

Don’t waste your time. I went to this shop for an alignment. I advised them I recently did a 3” lift and put wheels and tires on. My truck STILL DROVE IN A STRAIGHT LINE AFTER THAT. I just wanted any imperfections fixed. I went in at 9:30am! Did not leave until 1:00pm! For an alignment! After waiting hours, they told me my truck was ready. The lady who gave me my keys told me that the truck still had a slight pull to the left, BEFORE I EVEN DROVE IT OFF THE LOT! She told me that it was not bad. I told her I would drive it down the interstate and would come back if there were any issues. Well, there was. Came back to get work done. 2 weeks ago I got over charged $$400 . They said they did 3 hours of labor which was not true. One of their employees drove me to Riley auto parts down the street due to them not having a part. I purchased my own part @ 3:45 pm and my bill was printed out at 5:03. I’m not no math major but I believe that’s under 3 hours. My bill was $605 . I paid because I didn’t want to argue. I end up coming back 15 minutes later and the manager stated “ oh next time we will just charge you the part no labor since we over charged. After explaining my case they set me up an appointment the following Monday. I come in and the mechanic was out. Tire Choice in Hammond was super helpful, both in my initial visit to get my oil changed, as well as a subsequent trip to get new tires before my next trip. Samantha was wonderful and very considerate, and I appreciate her walking me through my options for tires and financing.
