I brought my car in for a flat tire and had a disappointing experience. Although it is my car and my phone number was provided, the manager, Ramiro, repeatedly insisted on calling my husband instead of communicating directly with me. I was told I needed new brakes and rotors on both the front and back, and that it would take an extra day for parts to arrive. The following day, I was called back and told the parts would not be coming in after all and that I should simply pick up my car and have Mercedes do the work instead. The lack of clear communication and professionalism was frustrating, and I ultimately left without the issue being resolved.

Always great customer service with a smile. Maroni is the nicest manager and the mechanics are fast. They will work with your schedule and honor their guarantees. Great for tire changes, tire repair, oil change and more. If they can’t do something they’ll tell you. They are honest and say sorry when they’re wrong instead of gaslighting, that’s hard to come by these days.

I continue to go back to this shop. Recently had Maroni check my car for a brake pad job. After removing my tires, he advised that brakes were fine, but wanted to balance my tires. He stated that he needed to take care of me as the tires were purchased from his company store. Maroni and his staff are the best. He will continue to have my business.

Ramiro was able to get me affordable tires and the guys did a fantastic job with the alignment. Definitely recommend!
