If i could leave a 0 i would. The manager and mechanics scammed us my car Ran worse after the supposed fix. And they wanted me to do more work. The original problem I went in with they told me it was incorrect. That autozone had no clue what they were doing. And we trusted these mechanics, and in the end, we took it to a third place Midas and they showed us that the tire choice mechanic did not hook up the battery properly. But was showing so many code in order to catch more money. I asked to speak to a manager, and I was getting extreme difficult reply And still have not gotten the correct number for the corporate office manager. 1100 dollars for incorrect now another 700 to fix the original problem at another shop. Very u professional behavior from manager as he had all calls on

I’ve found with other competitors in the area they’re over charging when people purchase tires elsewhere and get them installed. I appreciate the way you do business & now will bring all 3 of my vehicles here. Great job 👍

I walked in to Tire Choice at 5 pm to get 4 tires and alignment somewhat urgently as I had a slow leak in a tire and was traveling. The assistant manager Tim was fantastic, not only did they help me last minute they stayed a few minutes over closing time to go through everything that they did. My car is only a year old and there was some challenges with a valve stem, but Tim was awesome. The waiting area is clean and every time I have come to this business I have been treated with impeccable customer service.

My car needed an inspection same day and Tire Choice came through. Tim got me in same day within my time constraints and they did an excellent and efficient job. I was very pleased with his customer service. I will also be going back to get my new tires here. I rarely give anyone 5 stars but these guys absolutely came through in my time of need and got me on my way. THANK YOU TIME and TIRE CHOICE KEENE. Much appreciated!!!!

5 stars for the manager Tim who was friendly, kind and communicated well. He really made the experience positive for me and I would recommend this business because of him. They were even able to get my tires from Chesterfield in the same day so I could get the buy 3 get 1 free deal and not have to reschedule. 4 stars for the mechanic that broke one of my TPMS off and delayed the appt by an hour. They did give me a new one for free however and it wasn’t a big deal.
