The employee I spoke to, Chris Griffiths was excellent. He installed a new battery for me in under 15 minutes and also helped correct a hood latch problem I was having. Exceptional customer service from a company I never had contact with before today. Give that man a raise!

I walked it needing a new windshield wiper blade and they helped me under 5 minutes. I was at AutoZone and they couldn’t find one that fit. I was there for over 30 minutes in the rain waiting for them to find the right one. Tire Choice is the right choice! I will be going here for service forever, they’re the best! Thank you!! :)

The waiting room was clean, I didn't have to wait long for attention. The associate was very helpful, even when giving advice for others vendors that could do what he couldn't. Because of this I came back for service the next time I needed tire/wheel service. I will probably come back for other services not related to tires the next time I need.

This establishment is, quite frankly, a complete nightmare. While the staff themselves are courteous, professional, and seem genuinely well-intentioned, it’s apparent they too have fallen victim to the deceptive and inconsistent practices of the so-called owner/manager, Shawn. I was initially provided with a clear recommendation to purchase specific parts—totaling approximately $1,600—to ensure a more “cost-effective” repair. At that time, I was also quoted a specific labor price, both in writing and confirmed verbally on multiple occasions by Shawn himself. However, upon returning with the parts, the quoted labor cost had inexplicably quadrupled, and I was told—rather brazenly—that no such quote had ever been given. After calling around for prices for tires and the brands carried, I decided on Tire Choice in Kingston. I bought 2 beautiful top of the line tires for a fantastic price. I spoke to the owner and was happy to know that he welcomed working on European automobiles ( something not readily available in most garages). PS I also called the location near Perkins and was quoted a much higher price and was not happy with the lies this person told me about the Kingston location and Sean the owner, just to get my business and rip me off.
