Had a tire blowout while traveling with my kids and these guys seriously came through. They got the tire in quickly and had me back on the road fast, which was a huge relief. The installer was awesome. He even pulled the factory torque specs for the vehicle and made sure everything was done properly, which you don’t see often. Super professional, careful and respectful of the car. Really appreciate the help and great service. Highly recommend this shop.

WARNING – SERIOUS SAFETY FAILURE I brought my daughter’s vehicle to this Tire Choice location for a routine brake service. After the work was completed, it was discovered that a brake caliper guide pin bolt was completely missing. This is not a minor mistake. A missing caliper bolt is a critical safety failure that can cause the caliper to detach, lock a wheel, damage the brake hose, or result in total brake failure. The vehicle should never have been released in this condition. What made this worse was the response afterward. When I escalated the issue, the district/regional manager repeatedly attempted to minimize and deflect the seriousness of the situation, even as I expressed how dangerous this was. Great service! They had the tire I needed in stock when no one else did, were able to get my truck in quickly, and the whole ordeal was easier because of the price! Nice staff and very accommodating, will be visiting again for a full set of tires when I’m ready!

We’ve been loyal customers of this location for years — our whole family has come here for every tire change, and we’ve recommended you to all our friends and neighbors. But during our last visit, we were honestly shocked. For 15 minutes, the staff basically gave us the runaround and made it clear they just didn’t want to deal with our issue — not couldn’t, just didn’t want to. They kept making excuses, one after another, like they were looking for any reason to turn us away. What really blew our minds was that the shop was completely empty. Not a single customer in sight — and usually, this place is slammed. We ended up going to another location under the same brand and got the job done right away, no drama. Warning- terrible customer service- waited about 1-1/2 for two tires to be replaced, someone came after me and was served first- quote two different prices, finally paid the lower of the two- ask to replace a donut tire and referred me to call around to a junk yard to find one. Always felt like they were doing me a favor just me buying tires. Went to Discount Tire and the had no problem helping me with a smile no less. It’s no surprise that the tire shop next to there’s was very busy and there’s was not. Will never recommend them to anyone ever. 👎🏻
