Amazing customer service! I was extremely worried about our son’s car that we just bought because I thought it was a major issue — thankfully, it wasn’t. They took the time to show me exactly where the oil leak was and explained everything clearly, which saved me hundreds of dollars. Mark and the technician were quick, honest, and professional. Even without an appointment, they still got me in and took great care of us. I truly appreciate their integrity and kindness. Highly recommend!

Was able to book a drop off appointment and get my car back on the same day. Way less expensive than the dealership for an oil change and tire rotation because the rotation WAS FREE. And they had a promo for 10$ off. Super friendly staff, nice clean lobby. Always happy with the service here.

I had previously gone to other car dealers and they did not have my tire size so I decided to go to the Lehigh Acres location to get my 2 tires, they put them on and then they suggested that I buy the other 2 tires so I would have all 4 new tires and be safe on the road. I was treated with respect and the customer service was excellent. Even though they were very busy, they took the opportunity to find the tires I was looking for and delivered them to me the same day at a great price. Very happy with all the work done by Tire Choice, well organized and with excellent customer service.👍🏽

They will answer your questions honestly and help you make the right choice for your car.

Scheduled an appointment for 3pm on Saturday. Total was just over $150 and I only had cash, I was told no change available and I needed to figure out another payment method. I have not driven the vehicle until today and now the steering wheel is crooked.
