I had a great experience at Tire Choice Auto Service Centers in Livermore (1485 First St). I came in for a flat tire issue, and the team was super helpful, professional, and quick to take care of it. They explained everything clearly, treated me with respect, and got me back on the road fast. It’s hard to find auto shops that are both honest and efficient, but this place really delivered. I truly appreciated the great customer service and smooth experience. Highly recommend if you need tire service or auto help in the Livermore area.

During a recent trip through Livermore, I experienced a rapid tire pressure loss — the pressure had dropped below 10 PSI and was continuing to fall. I reached out to several nearby tire service centers for assistance, but each one declined to help without even assessing the situation. I then contacted Tire Choice. Despite being fully booked for the day, the team took one look at my circumstances and went above and beyond to accommodate me. They repaired my tire promptly and effectively, allowing me to safely continue my journey. I am sincerely grateful for their willingness to help when others would not. The repair was done with great care, and their exceptional customer service truly made a difference when I needed it most.

We have been bringing our 2current cars here for years, and we used to bring our 2 previous cars here, plus my brother also brings his car here and I've brought my mom's car here. We've had a LOT of work done on our cars, including new tires, brakes, etc. over about 15 years and they are always so reasonable, honest, kind, and I never feel like they are stringing me along to make me buy crap I don't need. Cut to today when I just needed to get one of my yellow running lights replaced. They warned me I had a couple folks in front of me, but I had time so I waited...for about 2 hours. Which really, it was fine and I didn't complain cuz he had level set my expectations on waiting. I just watched their TV in the waiting area. Once done, they said it was "on the house." I had a slow leak in one of my tires during the holidays, and every other shop I called was too busy and told me to try another day. When I came here, they were very welcoming even though they were also busy. They helped me right away and fixed the screw in my tire. Everyone was extremely friendly, and at the end they didn’t even want to accept payment since it was a minor fix (even though it still took their time). That really showed me how honest they are. Even when I insisted, they simply wished me a Merry Christmas. It’s not every day you meet people who are so genuinely kind. Highly recommend!

I got an Allen wrench stuck in my tire on day one of owning my new car. Total nightmare situation. I brought it here and Brooke immediately helped me out. Their service tech Alex fixed the tire fast, was incredibly kind, and they even insisted I did not need to pay them. Truly unreal service. I will forever choose this shop in the future.
