I had a slow leak in one tire that was getting worse. I pumped it up to 34 PSI the night before and it was down to 15 the next day. Tire Choice booked my appointment within an hour of my call and patched my tire the same day. The front desk guy was very informative, professional and down-to-earth. 10/10 will definitely return for any tire work I need!

I initially had a good experience with tire replacement, but my follow up to replace bushings on my car was challenging and frustrating. Dropped off my car to be told later that afternoon that the parts had not arrived. Strike one. Was told they were working every day but Christmas, so called the night before to confirm I could bring it Christmas eve. Attempted to drop it off to be told they were closing early, so I couldn't pick it up until the following week. Reasonable to close early on Christmas eve, but then I should have been told when I called. I wouldn't have bothered since I needed it to travel for Christmas. Strike two. I had a flat this past Sunday come back from downtown Miami, Jeremiah the manager was direct about giving me all my options on tire quotes/ promotions they had on tires.
