They were great! I rolled in with a tire quickly loosing air at the guys were able to help me get set up with a set of new tires that I really needed! I’m so grateful. Noah explained the options and the other guy showed me the inner part of my tire that was dry rotted. It’s clear these guys know how to connect with the customers and not just about their car issues but on a human level. I will definitely come to this location again when I need new tires or brakes.

This repair shop is the best shop to go to for anything mechanical and or tires. These guys are the best! Noah, the manager is amazing. He takes care of his customers. Has a great, wonderful attitude. Very positive. Very friendly. Laughing all the time. Love this guy. This is my mechanical vehicle repair shop of choice. Honestly if they ever close or Noah did not work there I would stop coming 😆 his mechanic's are top of the line too. Also great attitudes. Great people. It's a pleasure going there and waiting to get your car done.

I’d give it negative stars if it would let me. Booked my appointment online for 2:30 on 2/28/2026. Dropped my car off, they informed me they were down an employee for the day and it would be a little bit. I called to check on my car at 4:30 and they told me it would be done in about an hour. I got a call an hour later telling me they don’t have my tires in stock, that their online system doesn’t know what they have and those tires could be at any store in Ohio. I called corporate and corporate responded by offering me a 50 dollar service certificate. Why would I want a service certificate when they can’t even get putting on tires right. Probably take it in for an oil change and they tell me they don’t have oil for my car. Save yourself the hassle, poor management overall. Should’ve checked

You have an excellent, obviously experienced caring team of employees at your location there on 21st. Noah, Nate and the others that I don't know the names of are an excellent example of what service should be. I'm glad I received your request for this survey . I hoped for it to recognize the team there at your Newark location. I came there after being referred to them by an auto parts store after repeated horrible experiences at another local tire, auto service center . Great customer service! I made the appointment for only 2 tires to be replaced but needed all 4. I was planning on doing the other 2 tires and an alignment later in the week. They told me they would do all 4 tires and do the alignment for me that day. Good customer service is hard to find and they sold their company for!
