Tire Choice Auto Service Centers

Well let me just say " VICKIE was very professional and understanding from the door. She knows her business , I'm glad I choose this location.She contacted SilverRock regarding my car problems right away and Andy was the representative that took the call that day, both Vickie and Andy took care of business that day . I had a new battery put in the the car I just purchased from DRIVE TIME. My 30 days aren't up yet , I'm being optimistic I have to return to Tire Choice for a leak under the hood next week. I'll let you know how that turns out next week. So far SilverRock Extended Warranty Service is worth a piece of mind.

I am going to start off by saying words can’t be put into words to describe the service we receive. From the moment I called Vicky was truly one of kind and definitely the star of the show. She treated me with so much kindness and empathy and respect due to the poor service & how I was spoken to with their competitors next door (Conrad’s) she took a very stressful situation I was dealing with and handle it with compassion and helped navigate a solution. Let’s be honest, no one wants to need new tires. However, when I needed new tire, I was able to make an appointment online. I needed to adjust my time and they were easily accommodating. The office staff was kind and welcoming when I arrived, and the service was done well and quickly. Truly an ideal experience.

This is my favorite car shop! Their service is superior. I really like the store manager. Greatly appreciate her advice. Her words are accountable and she is customer centric. Will be their returning client for sure!

HORRIBLE!!! STAY FAR AWAY FROM ANY OF THEIR SHOPS!!! Went in January 7,2025 for an oil change and 4 new tires. I left with the vehicle now needing THOUSANDS of dollars to even make is SAFE to be on the road. Coolant was added to the brake reservoir. I had to have it towed multiple times to have other shops to verify the damage and risk. Finally had it towed by a company that was picking it up from the dealership to take it to one of their chain stores. Located in south Euclid off of mayfield. First tow by the way that didn’t actually come out of my own pocket. They “flushed the system “ not true!!! We picked it up Friday evening and it was right back to them Monday morning first thing.
