I had a blowout on I 75 just before the exit of your store. I was able to limp down the road and make it to your store to purchase a tire.. Store manager, Louie Morales, was unbelievably polite and helpful! There were several customers ahead of me, and Louise continually apologized for the delay in changing my tire. I would suggest anyone in the area to use this store because of Louie’s fantastic customer service. If I ever have tire needs in the Ocala area, I will definitely return to this store. UnFortunately, I live 3 1/2 hours away, and cannot drive all the way to Ocala for a set of tires. Thank you to Louie and his team for getting me back on the road quickly!

Tire Choice is a full-service auto center. Our 1993 Volvo‘s Air conditioning stopped working. Mike and his crew fixed it perfectly with a rebuilt condenser and custom hoses. It works better than new! They are the best!!!!

Bought tires from Tire Rack, decided to have them installed at this suggested installation partner. Installation quoted price was $118, the resulting price was $165. All I asked for and wanted was a typical tire mount/balance and send me on my way. Only one service person, had me waiting to get attention, even with an appointment - but they weren’t busy. The “free” 21 point service check had me finding my car torn apart under the hood when I returned an hour later - the total work they “recommended” my wife’s seldom driven 2011 ES350 Lexus car be given totaled over $5700.00. I HATE tire shops - they’ve become a “grab all you can” opportunity any time they’re able to get your car. Really disappointed with the service I received today. I’ve been a customer for the last 5 years and frequently have to deal with new management which is unfortunate in itself. I brought my car in for an oil change and possibly new tires after seeing they have a buy 3 get one free deal advertised online. With the oil change and 3 tires my total should have been $541. I received a call after inspection that the cost of replacing all tires and the oil change would be over $1,000. I politely told the women over the phone that I was not comfortable paying that amount because that is not what is offered online to which I was told they would price match the tires to what is advertised online and I could pick my car up in 45 minutes. I agreed. Once I arrived I was told my total was well over $20
