Never been in store before, was working near by, had a screw in my tire was looking for plug. Screw was in middle of tire tread. Good spot for plug. Sat in waiting room for almost an hour, for the gentleman to finally tell me that his nys inspection guy didn't wanna put his license on the line to plug my tire. Because tread was low? Then proceeded to try to sell me the cheapest tire I asked for. Cheapest tire was 185 + 45 to mount. So I left and the guy at counter was visibility irritated I wasn't buying tires. Went to midas on Jefferson rd. They plugged it on the spot, and baught tires there later that day for under 100$ per tire mounted. Came in for help, and that guy let me pull out with a screw still in my tire. If he didn't wait an hour to tell me they couldn't plug it, I probably wo

This team is like family they are honest and provide amazing customer service. They recognize their customers. And do their best to provide fair & exceptional accommodation. They took good care of my car. They pay attention to their customers. I understand any work place can get busy and hectic at times so I have always made sure I set up an appointment or make sure I have ability to wait longer. So this team doesn’t feel rushed. Always clean, organized & friendly. I can’t complain. I really respect this team.

I arrived at 5 PM on a Wednesday night after realizing I had a flat tire. Dave and Alex were super professional, Quick and were able to help me get back to where I was going. I was extremely impressed with both of them And how dating they were and will definitely make it a point to come back to the store specifically!

Dave and Lou are great guys! I called and talked to Dave, telling him I was on the side of the road around 6pm, waited quite a while for a tow truck, as one does when using AAA. And got there 15 minutes before they were supposed to close! Most places that I called told me they couldn't help me today so I'd had an appointment for new tires tomorrow at noon. My tire, however, had other plans. I asked if it would be possible to put my old tire rim on a tire I had on top of my car. It was the wrong size but planned on getting new tires tomorrow, but after talking with Dave he told me he had tires that fit my car. He didn't have to order them and I didn't have to wait. So that's what we did. They completely saved my day! Google only allows a 5 star review but after tonight they deserve a galaxy
