I had an amazing experience at Tire Choice Auto Service Center in San Dimas. I purchased my tires online and brought them in for installation, and the service was excellent from start to finish. The employees were very polite and professional. When I asked about a military discount, they gladly applied one without hesitation. My tires look fantastic, and the service was fast and efficient. I highly recommend Tire Choice and will definitely be using them for all my future tire needs.

Amazing service and staff! I came in needing new tires for my Tesla and they took care of it quickly and efficiently. The whole team was friendly, professional, and made the process super easy. AMAZING SERVICE, AMAZING PEOPLE!! Stopped by for some air in my tires.. Ginna, the sweetest lady who runs the place is an actual angel! She told me I needed new tires and asked if I bought them at a tire choice, which I did, and was able to get me my 2 front tires under warranty since I had a nail… She goes above and beyond for the customer and is not one to try and sell you or over charge… she showed me the breakdown and did whatever she could to keep my cost down! You need a trustworthy place, with great customer service and communication.. this is your place! also a plus, it’s ran by a woman!! I was here a few months ago for a new set of tires. The staff was extremely friendly but that didn't make up for the disappointing work I received on my car. The sensors on my tires were damaged during installation and when asked about it I was given a comment of "Well since you work on your car at your home shop, why don't you just fix them yourself?". I work in customer service and a reply like that is very inconsiderate, considering my car was fine before the new tires and I paid for a service. The shop attempted to align my car, since it was driving with a left lean, only to leave the car completely undriveable. The camber on my tires was awful and I was told to "avoid the highway in case something happened". I was sent to a shop in Upland (or Ontario?) to correct this issue. I drove

I absolutely love this place! I couldn’t recommend it more! Every time I come they take great care of my car and explain to me on what is needed! Ginna the Manager is extremely professional and knowledgeable and that’s why I keep going back! I’ve been here for several oil changes, a new tire, and I will be going back to get my brakes done soon! I always make sure to send my family and friends to this business. They actually treat you like family, unlike most mechanic shops!!
