I was on my way to work when my tire suddenly blew out! I had looked through several service centers and stumbled upon Tire Choice Auto Service Centers and saw their stellar reviews. The customer service team was extremely helpful and used clear language to explain what was going on with my tires and offered stellar recommendations. I ended up getting a whole new set of tires for my vehicle with insurance to help safeguard against this in the future. I’m extremely grateful for their help and service with this.

Andrew at Tire Choice was amazing! He was very helpful, considerate, and completely honest throughout the entire visit. He’s genuinely a pleasure to be around and made the whole experience stress-free. He was also able to work me in for an oil change very quickly—truly in and out with no hassle. Outstanding service all around. I’ll definitely be coming back and asking for Andrew again!

I've never been here prior to last night but I will return. They were about to close and I heard something in my tire on my way home. I had a 30 minute drive home and wouldn't have made it with a bolt in my tire. I had my daughter with me and these gentlemen were kind enough to stay open a little later. They took care of getting me a new tire! The prices are fair too! Thank you so very much!

Terrible experience and zero professionalism. I brought my 2021 Toyota Tundra in for an alignment, and this was actually the SECOND time I had to return because the first alignment was done incorrectly they left the steering wheel crooked. After the second visit, they returned my truck with the traction control and trailer brake lights on, issues that were NOT present before their service. Instead of taking responsibility or even properly inspecting what may have been affected while working on the wheels and suspension, they immediately claimed it was not their problem. The situation became even more unacceptable when I respectfully asked to speak with the general manager to resolve the issue. Rather than handling the complaint professionally, they called the police. I was not aggressiv
