I went to tire city on 12/15/2025 and was quoted a total of $240 for 4 used tires. The employee changed the tires, and I left. About 3 hours later my wife went for a drive and the front left drivers tire went flat. i immediately called tire city and was told by Sam the owner that i would have to take the tire off and bring it back. my wife had to take a ride share home at a cost of $37 dollars, this morning i had to take another ride share back to our car, took the tire off, and returned to tire city. they put another tire on my rim, and i had to find a ride back to our car. when the employee ran my debit card, at no time was i asked anything about a tip i wasn't asked to sign anything, the employee put a $20 dollar tip on the bill. and this morning 12/16/2025 the owner SAM told my wife on
