I am extremely disappointed in my experience with Tire City & Auto. I brought my vehicle in on Friday, February 6, 2026 because it was making loud, unusual noises. Brian told us they needed to break it down further to diagnose the issue and clearly stated there would be no cost for that breakdown. From that point forward, communication was inconsistent and unprofessional. I called Saturday for an update and was told they would call me back. They never did. I called again Monday and was told they were “making progress” but needed more time. Wednesday, I finally received an email with a video explaining the problem. Thursday, I was quoted $4,500 to repair the alternator and timing chain. After discussion, we agreed to fix the alternator first. I was then told the cost would be $900 — plu

Great customer service, with a genuine care for your total vehicle. Be prepared to have a full diagnosis of your vehicle's circumstances be presented to you. Great care was taken to ensure my vehicle was in a better condition than when I brought it in. Also Tire City made sure I had a ride to my home and a return trip. I had my oil pan gasket and tie rod repaired here and I’m honestly very happy with the experience. The mechanics did solid work and got everything handled properly, but I really want to give special credit to the front desk receptionist, Dun Dunn (hope I’m spelling that right!). She was by far the biggest help throughout the whole process. professional, patient, and always communicating clearly. She kept me updated, answered every question I had, and made a stressful repair situation way easier to deal with. That kind of customer service is rare these days. The shop does good work, but Dun Dunn is the reason this experience stood out. She definitely deserves recognition and honestly, a raise. I’d come back just based on how well she handled everything. Highly recommend.

OVERPRICED!!!!!!! I had my friend take my car to this shop because it was making a strange noise. They told him they needed to do a full breakdown to diagnose the issue and clearly stated there would be no charge for it. They kept my car for a week, repeatedly saying they needed more time. When they finally “found” the problem, they told me I needed an alternator and timing chain replacement for $4,500. I decided to move forward with just the alternator repair. I was quoted $900 — and then was told I also owed $200 for the breakdown that was originally supposed to be free. After addressing it, the $200 was removed. They said they ordered the alternator part. Then suddenly, I received a call telling me to come pick up my car because they were not going to fix it. After all of that time

Tire City did a excellent job on my truck. They pointed out a couple of things that need addressing that I didn't know about. I had some of them repaired. They did them in a timely manner. They provided transportation home when I need to leave my truck there and transportation back to pick it up later. The driver was very nice and we had a good conversation. The front desk is talways pleasant and professional. They washed my truck before I picked it up and it looked very good. Tire City always does more than expected. The waiting area is clean and comfortable. There is pod type coffee and bottled water to make coffee with or drink. The restroom is clean and nice. Tire city is a very nice business and the staff is professional and top quality.
