I called them and they said come on in. My tire light came on and I needed to get back to AUSTIN. There was no service charge, the customer care is friendly, they took me right away. I have a crack in a tire which I’m not really happy about and I’m not sure how it happened. However, I drive through tons of construction each time I go to work. They gave me a reasonable price of $75 and installed it immediately.

Tire Depot is the best! Super friendly people and great service every time. They do everything — new and used tires, alignments, brakes, lift kits, and more. The prices are fair, the work is fast, and they always take good care of you. I definitely recommend them to anyone looking for quality service!

Terrible service.👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾 The guy at the front desk was rude and unprofessional from start to finish. But the girl in the front is nice. I came in because I already knew something was wrong with my steering wheel, which is why I paid $55 for a wheel alignment. When I picked up my car, the steering wheel was still leaning, yet no one said anything or bothered to inform me until I brought it up myself. Not once did he apologize untilI brought it up. Instead, he gave me an attitude, acted like it wasn’t their fault, and only agreed to recheck the car after I argued with him. He actually said, "Okay, I'm sorry, what do you want me to do?" completely dismissive. I live far north and had to drive all the way back for a second visit. On top of that, I had to take a half day off work just to return

Very unprofessional service, unskilled workers, and dogs running around scaring customers. They scratched my BMW rims. The agreed price did not match the checkout price. Would not recommend at all.

Good tire shop i usually go here and it is fine. But the male worker with glasses was smoking a cigar infront of me and being extremely rude to me!!! Basically pushing my car out of the lot because I couldnt afford to buy a new tire from them!!! Disgusting behavior i had to tell him what he did was unacceptable and he tried to gaslight me to think he was "helping me" Did not even greet me.
