Tire Discounters

Went here because I was in the area but had installed in Lawrence. Waited over an hour for them to fix the issue but it was like my fault that it took so long? Busy? Me too! Where I just waited 2 hours the night before. So please. Just was not friendly. Didn’t act like anyone really knew what was going on.

Ben had excellent communication and stayed overtime/after hours to make sure I was safe to travel. He was incredibly kind, personable, and someone I trusted from the start. He truly went above and beyond to ensure everything was taken care of and that I felt safe on the road. I can’t thank him enough for the care and dedication he showed.

We went here after a TERRIBLE experience at another Tire Discounter. Jamie the store manager is AMAZING!!! We wanted to double check the work we had done at another tire discounter and she was honest and upfront explained things clearly and was patient. I also observed that she was patient with all of her employees! This experience saved our view of tire discounter and made us stay with this brand for our car and tire rotation and work etc. Greta leadership and communication.

I stopped in today because two of my tires had screws in them in non-repairable locations. My extended warranty company instructed me to have a tire shop contact them for repair approval and reimbursement. However, the person I spoke with gave multiple excuses for why he couldn’t make the call that day. When I mentioned the specific tires I wanted, their quote was over $500 higher than the one I received from Discount Tire — even after I showed the competing quote. I asked if they could match the price, and after checking with someone, I was told they could only offer an additional $100 off, claiming their price included a “free” alignment and oil change. I had a somewhat questionable experience at the Olio location and the gentlemen at the Noblesville location (Caleb) resolved it quickly and with excellent customer service skills. Very highly recommend anyone living in Hamilton Co. Go to the NOBLESVILLE Discount Tire right off of 69. Excellent staff and standards of service.
