From the minute you walk in and Leigh Ann greets you, to when Conner tells you the diagnosis or helps explain what’s wrong with your vehicle, you know you are taken care of. What an amazing staff, and great prices! They truly make you feel like you are part of the family! I’ve had tires put on here, inspections, and other repairs. They explain and show you anything they find. This is the only place we will take our jeeps.

We decided to shop around for tires and ultimately Connor and his team was able to give us the best price. They were awesome to work with. Definitely will be going back to have more services done. Thanks again Connor and your team for doing a great job on my truck.

While driving to Roanoke my tires felt "off"... when I checked the wheels they were extremely hot. It was almost 6 pm and I was an hour away from home. I reached Connor at TireDiscounters, and he waited for me to limp in with my truck. Rather than just logging in the vehicle for evaluation the next day, he and Brandon put the old truck on the lift and pulled the wheels to see if the problem was something that didn't need a part. They checked everything thoroughly, diagnosed and showed me the issue, got the mechanisms loosened up, test drove it, and had me back safely on the road by 7 pm. Everytime I need any service done to my vehicle, Conner always goes above and beyond and makes me feel welcome and valued as a customer. He's very attentive to details, helpful and really knows his stuff!!! Always has a smile and knows how to make you feel good about having your vehicle serviced there and I'll be coming back as a faithful customer.

On December 4, 2025 I posted a one-star review (see below) of an oil change/splash shield mess I experienced at Thompson Tire. The next day I received an online reply from the owner of Tire Discounters Inc. in Cincinnati, Ohio apologizing and asking for further details. On December 9th I responded to the online request and provided the invoice number and contact details connected to the events. The next day, I received a call from Conner, the General Manager at Thompson Tire on Williamson Road expressing regret over my oil change experience. He also asked me to provide a copy of the Firestone Auto Care invoice ($95.61) for removal and cleaning of the splash shield, which I did shortly thereafter.
