The guy scratched both my two rims when changing two tires.

I don’t know much about tires, but this shop gave me an amazing price for a new tire including installation. I went to the shop the next morning after it’s ordered, and drove away happily after 15 min of installation! They also do a quick check of the tires inflation complimentary for you included.

Where to begin? - They damaged 3 of the wheels from changing tires. After threatening legal action, they finally agreed to fix 2 wheels at their cost. They disagreed on the 3rd wheel as "some form of damage/wear" is to be expected when changing tires - No ability to make appointments (although there was never anybody ahead of me) - Although opening hour is stated as 8am, they show up at 8.30-8.40am - There is no indoor garage nor lift. The wheels are taken of on the street with a jack with traffic passing by They never called me (e.g. we received your tires, your rims have been fixed and you can pick them up) First time they jacked up the car, the car fell of the jack (although without any visible damage) - They never apologized, neither for damaging the wheels nor for turning a 1 hr
